December 28th, 2000 Cayman Brac Cellphone Customers See Improvements Cell phone users on Cayman Brac' West End Area will experience immediate improvement in coverage service when on their phones. This comes after work started in April on the West End Cell Site, was completed today after final testing took place. Several unique challenges have been overcome, However achieving this milestone for these islands in particular the Brac is a good one says Cayman And Wireless Brac Office Manager Darrel Rankine. Just in time for the holiday season it could not have arrived at a better time, and I am sure it will be appreciated by our residents and traveling customers alike. Cleavy Scott Manager of Wireless Services says we are glad this project is completed enabling residents and visitors on the Brac better Mobile service in the coverage area. This improvement in service is another step towards Cable and Wireless' commitment to achieving island wide coverage for our mobile customers.
