C&W Survey

Customers will get a chance to tell Cable & Wireless what they think of its service over the next four weeks when the company starts its "Voice of the Customer" survey.

Vice President of Customer Service, Peter Halstead says, "This survey will allow Cable & Wireless to hear the voice of customers and develop a strategy which will continually improve the service the company provides."

The survey started on 24 July, and will continue until the end of August.
