C&W names top staffer
Cable & Wireless has announced Ralph Williams as Employee of the Month for April.
Ralph joined Cable & Wireless in June 1982 as an assistant jointer and has worked his way through the ranks to his current position of serviceman residential instillations.Ê He is responsible for customer service, restoration of residential and small faults business faults.
Ralph was recognized for excellent service in one particular instance in George Town in which the customer complimented Ralph on his polite, straightforward questioning in order to investigate the problem.
In his presentation, General Manager Tim Adam commented, "The customer praised Ralph as a true ambassador for Cable & Wireless and his most helpful and pleasant manner.Ê Ralph is definitely a team player and exemplifies the Cable & Wireless employee image. (GFX)
