Elections Office
Takes To The Road
The Elections Office is visiting
various government and private-sector businesses to issue electors registration
cards, as well as to assist any qualified elector who wishes to register
for the General Elections on 8 November.
The special sittings are an effort
to provide registered voters with more opportunities to receive their
cards.Although the visits are primarily intended to provide cards for
employees of the particular building, the Elections Office staff will
produce cards for other registered voters upon request.
Persons may still obtain their
cards from the Elections Office, on the fifth floor of the Tower Building,
between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Each voter registration card takes
about five minutes to produce, and the information contained on it will
