It's Time To Update Your Directory Listing
Deadline for new submissions is June 2, 2000
The 2000/2001Cable & Wireless Cayman Islands Services Directory is soon to be published, and Cable & Wireless is asking customers to request any desired changes to their directory listings by June 2nd.
Any customers who have changed their physical or mailing address since the last directory was published should submit their new information to ensure that the new directory will be fully up to date.
Customers are asked to ensure that their names are spelled correctly in their directory listings, that the addresses listed are correct, and to advise of any other necessary amendments to their listings.
Those wishing to view details of their current listing may do so on the Cable & Wireless web site - www.candw.ky or at www.cwdirectory.com.
When making listing amendment requests, customers are asked to clearly indicate the phone number that is to have details changed and to provide a contact number in case further information is needed.
All requests to change directory listing details must be made in writing. Phone calls will not be accepted as authorization to request changes, Requests may be faxed to Cable & Wireless Customer Services at 949-0086 - Attn: Andree Bodden or mailed to Customer Services, P.O. Box 293GT - Attn: Andree Bodden. Alternatively, customers may e-mail their change requests to cs@candw.ky
Internet customers should note that any recently installed lines used exclusively for Internet access will also appear in the directory, unless a request to have the number un-listed was processed at the time the line was applied for.
